As can be seen from the photograph left, three of our Beaver Scouts recently achieved the top award for Beaver Scouts, the Chief Scouts Bronze Award.
Edward Hewlett, John Leal, and Aiden Saunders (left to right) were presented with their Chief Scout Bronze Awards by Assistant District Commissioner for Beaver Scouts, Sylvie Lamberstock (back) on Friday 11 December 2009.
This award is achieved by completing all of the six Challenge badges and has taken them between a year and a half to two years to do all of the work for it and they really deserve it.
It is the aim of the Leadership Team to try and get every Beaver Scout to achieve this award by the time they leave the Section, but the children have to work hard and turn up each week to get it!
